I want to change the size of my order – is that still possible?
If your order hasn't been shipped yet, we can still change the size in most cases. Please contact us immediately using the contact form, including your order number and the desired new size. Unfortunately, changes are no longer possible once the T-shirt has been handed over to the printer.

Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order as long as it hasn't been sent to the printer yet. Please contact us as soon as possible using the contact form with your order number. If your package is already on its way, personalized products cannot be canceled.

🏠 I entered the wrong address – what should I do?
Please contact us immediately if you discover an error in the delivery address. We can still change the address as long as the package hasn't been shipped yet. If it's already on its way, unfortunately, we can't make any changes, and it may be returned.

⏳ When will my package arrive?
As soon as your T-shirt has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link. Please note: Delivery times depend on the shipping provider. We have no control over how quickly your package will arrive – especially during holidays, strikes, or high parcel volumes.

Yes! As soon as your package leaves our warehouse, you will automatically receive an email with a tracking link. This allows you to track your package at any time.

📦 My package arrived according to the tracking information, but I haven't received anything – what should I do?
Please first check the exact delivery location in the tracking information (e.g., neighbor, drop-off location, or parcel station). If you still can't find it, contact us – we'll help you determine the whereabouts of your package.

Yes, we export our products internationally! Delivery times may vary depending on the country. If you have specific questions about shipping to your country, please contact us.

Our shirts run true to size and are regular. If you're between sizes, we recommend choosing the larger size if you prefer a looser fit.

🧼 How do I best care for my shirt?
To keep your shirt looking great for a long time, we recommend washing it at 30°C and not tumble drying. This will preserve the color and fit.

↩️ Can I return or exchange a shirt?
Yes, you can return or exchange ordered shirts within 14 days of receipt. The items must be unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached. Personalized products are not returnable or exchangeable, as they are made specifically for you.

💸 Who covers the return shipping costs?
The return shipping costs are generally borne by the buyer, unless the error is ours (e.g., incorrect or damaged product). In such cases, we will, of course, cover the costs.

⏰ How long do I have to return the item?
You have 14 days from receipt of the item to initiate the return process. Please notify us of your intention to return the item within this period and then return the item promptly.
